Mini/Youth Volunteer Recruitment Form

It is the club's policy that BEFORE assisting in any activity with children (those under 18 years of age), potential volunteers complete this form. Please note that potential volunteers will be required to complete a DBS application, complete online training courses and provide details of 2 character references. Please email info@pvrfc.co.uk with any qualifications listed on this form.

All volunteers working within PVRFC’s Youth Section are encouraged to work to high standards and adopt RFU’s best practice. In addition to this, the club follows the RFU safeguarding policy, which all volunteers must familiarise themselves with. A copy is available here.
